PROCESSING TIME

How long does it take for my order to process?
For one of a kind items that are already constructed, processing usually takes up to 5 business days.

Limited edition pieces are cast on demand. Please allow up to three weeks for casting.

How long does shipping take after processing time?
After processing time, all items are shipped USPS Priority Mail which usually takes 1-3 business days within the US depending on the distance. International orders are welcome but delivery times will very.

RETURNS

Can I return it if it doesn’t fit or if I don’t Like it?
Yes, orders can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery date. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed items can not be returned. Pieces must be in new and unworn condition. They must be securely packaged in the original packaging and returns must be authorized before sending

How do I authorize a return?
Please send an email to info@structurenumber3.com Please provide your name, address, and reason for the return. Upon receipt of this information, a return label will be emailed to you. You will be issued a refund once the item arrives at the studio in NYC.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Do you do custom orders?
Yes, custom orders are accepted. 

How can I submit a custom order?
Either send an email to info@structurenumber3.com or fill out the form in the “about section.” Please include a description of your request. If it is a fully custom piece that is not based on an item currently or previously for sale, images of similar pieces can be helpful to give direction. Once a design is agreed upon a “custom order icon” will be placed in the custom section. The customer will then “purchase" the item. Work will not be begin until payment is received in full.

RING SIZES

I would like to order a ring on your website but it is not my size. Do you offer it in another size?
Most rings are one of a kind and are only available in the size offered. Limited edition cast rings can be made in multiple sizes.

Can the ring I purchased be re-sized?
It depends. Many of the rings cannot be re-sized because of the type of construction used. Hollow rings cannot be re-sized as well as many concrete rings. If a ring is purchased that needs to be size adjusted please contact to see if this is a possibility.
